Magtech considers all their components "factory fresh". This means they are made to the same standards as their factory loads. All shotshell brass hulls use large pistol primers. They were designed for use with cork, fiber or cardboard wads and are ideal for use with blackpowder. Special Note about Magtech Brass Hulls: •These hulls were designed for use with shotguns with a 2-1/2" chamber. The hulls are cut short so they'll fit in shorter chambers. The length in the description was designed to make it easier for customers to search on the product. Actual Length of Hull: 2.45"
