To ensure the best possible bullets, mold block halves are CNC machined for unmatched roundness and size control. A note from Lee Precision on their bullet molds:
Lee Precision does not recommend the use of any spray type mold release products in their bullet molds. The use of such products may result in a build-up of the release product in the bullet mold cavity, reducing the diameter of the bullets cast from the treated mold. Instead, Lee Precision recommends smoking the mold with a wooden match, beeswax candle or a butane lighter as described in their provided bullet mold instructions.

Lyman – 12ga 475gr FOSTER SLUG MOULD 1-CAVITY

Lyman molds are made from solid steel and heat-cured to oxidize the metal. This blues the mould and minimizes the time required for the breaking-in process. A steel sprue cutter is included. Lyman Sabot slugs are designed to fit standard shotgun wads and star crimped. No special roll crimping tools necessary. Loading data available in the new Lyman Shotshell Handbook 4th Edition for 12 ga. They require double cavity handles, sold separately. Handles are NOT INCLUDED with this Mold. The Lyman Lead Dipper is the ideal tool for casters looking for an easy to use dipper for accurate pours. The cast iron head is shaped to achieve accurate pours helping to prevent air pockets in finished bullets. The long stem dipper can also be used for stirring molten lead alloys. Hardwood handle stays cool during use. Head holds from 1 to 1.5 ounces of molten alloy. Head and handle is threaded for both right and left handed casters. LYMAN 30 M1 CARB NECK EXPAND (M) DIE

Improves the accuracy of cast and jacketed bullet reloads. Doesn't stretch cases like standard expander button style dies do. Works in a two step process, the first step expands the inside of the case neck to just under bullet diameter. The second step expands the case mouth to bullet diameter or slightly over so that the bullet can be started perfectly centered. Notes:- M-Die expands the case neck to just under bullet diameter for precise neck tension in first step. Second step flares case mouth to bullet diameter or slightly over for proper seating.
