Description
Product Information
The CX™ (Copper alloy eXpanding) bullet from Hornady represents the most advanced monolithic hunting bullet on the market. Its optimized design offers extended range performance, greater accuracy, high weight retention, and deep penetration.
- MONOLITHIC COPPER ALLOY BULLET: One-piece copper alloy won’t separate and delivers devastating terminal performance, deep penetration, and 95% weight retention.
- HEAT SHIELD® TIP: The Heat Shield® Tip is made of a heat resistant polymer that resists aerodynamic heating and provides a consistently high BC for the bullet’s entire flight path. The Heat Shield® tip also gives the bullet a perfect meplat (tip) for bullet-to-bullet and lot-to-lot consistency.
- OPTIMUM GROOVE GEOMETRY: The grooves on the CX™ bullet maximize aerodynamic performance while effectively reducing bearing surface and fouling.
- NONTRADITIONAL OPTION FOR LARGE GAME: Fully California compatible and appropriate for use in other areas that require nontraditional bullets, CX™ provides a great option for everything from medium-size to large game.

BARNES 6.5(.264)127gr LRX BULLET LONG-RANGE BT 50/Box
Product Information
The Long-Range X Bullet (LRX) line is designed after the best-selling Tipped Triple-Shock X Bullet, the LRX bullet design increases Ballistic Coefficient values by increasing ogive and boat tail lengths to improve the bullets' long-range ballistic performance. For the hunter who is confident in long-range hunting, the LRX will fill the niche of this new hunting craze. LRX bullets will continue to be manufactured with the proven 100-percent copper, lead-free bodies. The bullet's polymer tip initiates expansion, causing the nose cavity to open instantly on contact doubling the bullet's original diameter while creating four cutting petals that wreak extensive internal damage. Exceptional performance means clean, quick kill.HORNADY 6.5MM (.264) 147gr ELD MATCH BULLET 100/Box
$81.00
Product Information
Conventional polymer tips in high BC bullets melt in flight. Hornady engineers discovered that conventional bullet tip materials in streamlined, high BC bullets melt and deform. Although not a significant issue affecting moderate BC conventional tipped varmint and hunting bullets, aerodynamic heating causes BC reduction and degradation of accuracy, particularly at extended ranges (400 yds +). To counter this effect, Hornady identified a heat resistant polymer and developed the patent pending Heat Shield tip. This revolutionary new tip creates the perfect meplat (tip) with exceptionally consistent results from bullet-to-bullet and lot-to-lot. The Heat Shield tip defies the effects of aerodynamic heating and retains its shape to provide a perfect meplat (tip) that is always the same shape. A streamlined secant ogive with optimum boattail design, plus the highly concentric AMP bullet jackets, combined with the patent pending Heat Shield tip creates a supremely accurate, high BC match bullet. ELD-Match bullet BCs are measured with Doppler radar and corrected to standard atmospheric conditions. This is NOT LOADED ammunition.HORNADY 6.5MM (.264) 95gr BULLET V-MAX 100/Box
$68.00
Product Information
The polymer tip of the V-Max bullet is the key to its dramatic accuracy and devastating expansion, even in long range, low-velocity situations. The tip raises the ballistic coefficient for improved velocity and flight stability, and on impact initiates bullet expansion. The copper jacket is designed to work with the tip to deliver incredible accuracy at long range, and it assists the V-Max’s dramatic expansion. The copper jacket provides the necessary bearing surface for maximum in-flight stability. The jacket is built to withstand the faster twist rates of many of today’s advanced varmint rifles. It all means the bullet will hold together until impact.

Hornady InterLock Bullets 264 Cal, 6.5mm (.264) 140 Grain SST Boat Tail 100/Box
$72.50
Product Information
Super Shock Tip Bullets combine proven Hornady performance with a higher ballistic coefficient than available with most hunting bullets. The sharp, pointed polymer tip creates a faster, flatter shooting bullet. With its one-piece core and jacket strengthened in critical areas, the SST delivers much more controlled expansion and superior weight retention than other tipped bullets. Featuring Hornady's trade mark Interlock ring system, this bullet's core and jacket remain locked solid during expansion, creating massive wound channels. This is not loaded ammunition. SIERRA 6.5 (.264) 142gr HPBT BULLET MATCHKING 500/Box
$427.00
Product Information:
The 6.5mm/.264 inch bore has recently enjoyed a resurgence of interest. Several rifle manufacturers currently produce 6.5x55mm sporters, exposing a new generation of shooters to this famous old Scandinavian service and hunting cartridge. Competitive HighPower and Silhouette shooters have also shown great interest in the 6.5mm bore size.
The 142 grain #1742 bullet has a longer ogive radius than the 140 grain #1740 bullet and thus a higher ballistic coefficient with less sensitivity to crosswinds.
While they are recognized around the world for record-setting accuracy, MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications. Although MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are commonly used for varmint hunting, their design will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion at equivalent velocities in varmints compared to their lightly jacketed Hornet, Blitz or Varminter counterparts.
This is NOT LOADED ammunition.
This bullet requires a barrel twist rate of 1x8” or faster.
SIERRA 6.5MM (.264) 150gr BULLET MATCHKING 100/Box
$105.00
Product Information:
Shooters around the world will appreciate the accuracy and extreme long range performance of our new 6.5mm 150 grain HPBT (#1755). A sleek 27 caliber elongated ogive and a final meplat reducing operation (pointing) provide an increased ballistic coefficient for optimal wind resistance and velocity retention. To ensure precise bullet to bore alignment, a unique bearing surface to ogive junction uses the same 1.5 degree angle commonly found in many match rifle chamber throats.

This bullet requires a barrel twist rate of 1x7.5” or faster.
